Meet Visual Composer, Your New AI Content Editor

For many marketing teams, content production remains the biggest bottleneck to getting campaigns out the door. Visual Composer in the Zeta Marketing Platform is a new AI-powered, codeless editor designed to change that. It lets you turn a simple prompt into ready-to-edit campaign creative in seconds, generate cross-channel variants from a single email, personalize content dynamically without code, and iterate quickly with AI support for copy, images, and layout.

Now available alongside the ZMP's HTML Editor and Visual Editor, Visual Composer provides a smart alternative when you want to move faster and scale output -- with AI-powered content generation, codeless personalization, and cross-channel creative automation. You can also convert existing templates to Visual Composer with a single click, then optimize, validate, and deploy with ease.

What this means for you:

  1. Create a campaign from a single prompt - prompt-to-template generation with in-canvas editing

  2. Build a triggered experience with event-driven personalization - event lookups power codeless event property insertion

  3. Add visibility logic, product recommendations, and snippets - advanced codeless personalization features

Get Full Transparency into Experience Builder Changes with Activation History

Activation history in Experience Builder gives marketing teams clear visibility into how and when an experience changes over time. Every create, activate, deactivate, and merge action is automatically captured in a shared timeline and accessible from the History button in the side navigation. Each entry includes a timestamp and the user who made the change, and teams can add optional comments during activation or deactivation to capture context and intent. With this centralized history built directly into each experience, everyone works from the same source of truth, and no context is lost as experiences evolve.

What this means for you:

  • Clear context for every change: Understand what changed, when it happened, and why, when comments are added.

  • A complete audit trail: Activation history and comments persist across multiple updates, so nothing is overwritten or lost.

  • Stronger collaboration and compliance: Enable smoother handoffs between builders, reviewers, and operators while maintaining clear records for internal reviews and governance.

Note: Activation history begins tracking changes starting on the release date and applies immediately to active experiences without requiring deactivation.

Unlock More Precise Push Targeting with Contact‑Based Segmentation 

We’re excited to introduce Push Contact Segments for the Zeta Marketing Platform’s native mobile channel, giving marketers greater precision when targeting push campaigns by allowing audiences to be built at the device level, not just the user level. By segmenting on push contact values like device tokens, teams can more accurately reach push‑enabled audiences across mobile campaigns.

Why it matters for marketers:

  • More accurate push targeting: Build audiences based on push contact types to reach the right devices across iOS and Android.

  • Better control over mobile reach: Include or exclude users based on push registration status rather than relying solely on user‑level identifiers.

  • Stronger cross‑channel orchestration: Align push campaigns more effectively with other channels using cleaner, device‑aware audience definitions.

Marketers will see a new Push Contacts section when selecting audiences during campaign creation, with the ability to use push contact segments for inclusion or exclusion.

Together, these updates improve targeting accuracy for mobile campaigns and help marketers deliver more relevant push experiences with greater confidence.

Connections Page Update: Explore, Manage, and Add Data Connectors with Ease

Understanding how your data sources integrate with the Zeta Marketing Platform (ZMP) is critical to building high‑performing marketing workflows. The newly updated Connections screen (located under Settings > Integrations > Connections) makes it faster and easier to discover, evaluate, and activate the data that powers your marketing.

 With a streamlined, card‑based layout, marketers can quickly browse all available data connectors, sort and filter by type, and find exactly what they need without friction or guesswork. The improved interface replaces the legacy connection creation flow with a more intuitive experience designed for speed and clarity.

 The result: less time managing integrations, more confidence in your data foundation, and faster activation across ZMP.
