Ask Athena About Your Onboarding Forms

Finding information during implementation often means searching through onboarding forms to confirm configuration details or answer project questions. Athena now lets you ask natural-language questions about your submitted onboarding forms, providing plain-language answers sourced directly from your onboarding information. If the requested information hasn't been submitted or can't be found, Athena lets you know, helping your team quickly find answers and keep implementations moving.

What this means for you:

• Find onboarding details in seconds: Ask Athena questions like "What time zone did we select?", "Which primary channels were included?", or "What account hierarchy was submitted?" instead of manually searching through onboarding forms.

• Reduce guesswork with source-based answers: Athena responds using your submitted onboarding information, helping ensure answers reflect the information you've provided.

• Keep implementations moving: Spend less time tracking down project details and more time validating configurations, answering questions, and progressing your implementation.

Note: This is an experimental capability and is not enabled by default for every ZMP instance. As with all Athena-generated responses, we recommend verifying answers before acting on them. Contact Zeta Support if you would like this feature enabled for your site.
