Within the Intelligence & Actions tab, browse the available recommendation cards and select any recommendation to view additional details.

Clicking a recommendation opens a detailed view that provides:
Recommendation Overview – a summary of the opportunity and expected business impact.
Action Strategy – strategic guidance outlining how to execute the recommendation.
Who – the target audience or customer segments most relevant to the opportunity.
How – recommended channels, tactics, and activation methods.
What – suggested campaign concepts, messaging, or execution approach.
Action Checklist – a step-by-step set of recommended actions to support implementation.

Intelligence Snapshot
Each recommendation also includes an Intelligence Snapshot, which provides supporting insights used to generate and validate the recommendation. Example snapshot modules may include:
Audience Pulse trends
Customer engagement insights
Behavioral pattern analysis
Competitive or market intelligence
Supporting charts, visualizations, and analytics

These insights provide transparency into the recommendation logic and help you understand the data-driven factors influencing the strategic recommendation.
