Native inbound connectors bring data into ZMP from systems Zeta supports natively, such as Snowflake, Google BigQuery, Amazon Redshift, and Shopify. You can also query connected Snowflake or BigQuery data in place with Zero Copy Database Explorer, without copying it into ZMP first.
Unlike Channel Manager (which sends campaign data out to a vendor API or file destination), inbound connectors are for getting customer, product, event, or warehouse data into ZMP so you can segment and activate it.
Typical setup:
1. Create the source connection in Settings > Integrations > Connections.
2. Complete any source-specific steps (warehouse credentials, Shopify access token, table mappings, and so on).
3. Confirm data is available for targeting, personalization, or campaign activation.
