Newsletter Overview

The Newsletter Overview can be accessed by clicking on a Newsletter in the Media Group Overview or by clicking on a Newsletter title in the Publisher Details page.

On this page, you can see Newsletter details in the upper left-hand corner, as well as manage Ad Slot details and create Ad Slots.

Newsletter Details

• Last Updated: The last time that the newsletter was updated.

• Edit: Clicking this will take you to the Edit Newsletter workflow.

• View Tags: Click on this to view the LiveTags associated with this newsletter.

• Download Tags: Click on this to download the LiveTags associated with this newsletter.

• View History: Displays the history log for the newsletter.

• Delete: Clicking this will delete the newsletter.

• IAB Category: This displays the IAB category at the newsletter level.

• Domain Block or Allow list: Inherit the settings from the parent (publisher), or override these settings by adding advertiser domains that are either blocked or allowed to serve in this newsletter. Block and Allow lists operate separately and each publisher would need to select only one of these options to use. The full list of advertisers can be pulled as a CSV file.

• Sensitive Category Block list: Inherit the settings from the parent (publisher), or override these settings by adding sensitive categories.

  • Note: The sensitive category block list is applied at the creative-level.

• Active Ad Slots: This displays the number of active ad slots within the newsletter.

• Created By: This displays the user who created the newsletter.

• Updated By: This displays the user who last updated the newsletter.

Ad Slots

This section shows the ad slots associated with the newsletter and allows you to search and click into the ad slot detail view as well as create an Ad Slot. 

The Ad Slot level displays the following information: 

• Coordination: Shows if the ad slot has been enabled for Coordinated Sponsorship

• Active Line Item: Shows the number of line items active within the ad slot.

• Linked Blueprints: Shows the blueprints that are linked to the ad slot. To view the blueprints, click on the number in the column to view a pop-up screen with the blueprint information.

• Display Size: Shows the display sizes enabled in the ad slot and whether the dimensions are fixed.

• Collapsible: Indicates if the ad slot has the ability to collapse when there is no demand.

• Display Enabled: Indicates if the ad slot is enabled to serve display demand.

• Native Enabled: Indicates if the ad slot is enabled to serve native demand.

• Status: This indicates whether the ad slot is Pending, Active, or Inactive.

• Date Created: Shows the date the ad slot was created.
