How to use the Dashboard
Users will see the Dashboard upon logging in to their account:
Users can adjust the duration of the metrics in the following ways:
Users can edit the first column of data by clicking in the last tile on the … and clicking Edit:
Edit the column for the data point you want to review - Available Data points listed below in the Table.
Next to the data, Users will see a spark chart that will highlight the time trends at a high level:
For 7 day, 30 day, the data points will be shown daily
For 60 day, 90 day, the data points will be shown weekly
The number of emails sent by Zeta.
The total number of emails successfully delivered to the receiving Inbox Provider.
This is only a successful delivery and is not an indication of successful placement in the inbox folder rather than a promotions folder, spam folder or another folder.
The total number of opens recorded by ZMP. Relies on an image pixel loading. If a user has images disabled, an open cannot be recorded.
The number of unique users who opened an email attributed to a campaign
The percentage of the total number of emails delivered that were opened
The total number of times users clicked on linked images/text in a given message.
The number of unique users who clicked on a linked image or text regardless of the number of times users clicked.
The percentage of the total number of emails delivered that were clicked
Click To Open Rate
The ratio of total clicks to total opens
The total number of unsubscribes attributed to a particular campaign
The percentage of the total number of emails delivered that were unsubscribed
The total number of times an email failed to reach the provider inbox attributed to a particular campaign
The percentage of the total number of emails delivered that failed to reach the receiving inbox

Total Opens per offer on the campaign
Total Clicks per offer on the campaign
Offer Name - Provides detail of the offer name (How it is labeled within the platform)
Total Clicks: Renders the creative and amount of clicks on each for the lifetime of the campaign - Users do not have the ability to select a date range at this time
Top Subject Links
Top Subject Lines: Provides a list of Top Subject line copy and the number of clicks associated with that Subject Line
