The Zeta Discussion Index (ZDI) by Brand, located within the Opportunities page in ZMP, identifies brand-level trending topics that resonate with different demographic groups. Marketers use ZDI to pinpoint trends for products, lines of business and features related to their brand, and to gain insights into creative direction, campaign penetration measurement and benchmarks against competitors.

View the Overall Activity

  • View the Overall Activity in the top graph.

Click Key Insights

  • Click the Key Insights button to view the most popular topics by Age Group, Gender, or Ethnicity.

  • Click the Least Popular tab to view topics with the least viewership over the selected date range in the main page.

  • Click the Upward Trending tab to view topics with the largest increase in popularity determined by the selected date range.

  • Click the Downward Trending tab to view topics with the largest decline in popularity determined by the selected date range.

  • View the top 5 upward trending topics that exhibit the largest increase in popularity over the selected duration.

  • View the top 5 downward trending topics that exhibit the largest decline in popularity over the selected duration.

Note: You can select a demographic group to view the upward and downward trending audiences for a specific group.
