The default selections are Sent, Open Rate, and Click-Through Open Rate (CTOR). The user can edit the default metrics by performing the following steps:

1. Select the action menu on the top right corner of the Campaigns at a glance widget and click on the edit option. (The edit option is the only available option in the action menu)

2. and select a new metric from the drop-down of all metrics excluding those selected in the other fields (just like how the prospect dashboard widget works) for each of the three spaces.

3. Click on Cancel to keep the same selections, or click on Save to apply the new ones.

Order matters! Emails are sent, then opened, then clicked.

For each metric card, the user can see Metric name, Metric total, and Line Chart. Hovering further over the line chart reveals the Date, Metric on specific date, % change in metric from previous date, and Count change in metric from previous date (if applicable).

Activity Feed

To allow the user to quickly and easily assess the status of the events taking place within their account, the Activity Feed widget includes events for all account activity over the date range. The widget doesn’t have any action menu.

As the feed shows 6 activities at one time, the user can scroll through all the activities that occurred over the date range selected. Each event has a corresponding color dot to represent the status: failed, in progress, completed.

  • Each completed and failed event includes the time the activity occurred (example, “4 days ago”)

  • Each in-progress event has a progress bar, hovering over which shows more information on progress. For example, if a segment is being uploaded, the hover over reads: “## of ### users added”, where ### represents the number that has been uploaded so far and the total that will be uploaded.

  • The following exists below the progress bar in the old dashboard:

    • file_import - no progress bar, so no need for tooltip

    • campaign - tooltip shows Sending

    • segment in progress - x of y users added

    • user import - x of y users processed

Segments at a Glance

The Segments at a glance widget allows the user to add segments. The Add segments component is searchable and allows a multi-selection of segments. As a maximum of 12 segments can be added, once 12 segments are added, the rest of the segments in the list are disabled.

In the action menu on the top right of the widget, the user can select the segments to be included in the widget by ticking the checkboxes from a drop-down list of all saved segments. The segment added shows first (left-most) in the widget.

  • Once a segment is added to the widget, the user can view each segment as a “segment card” which includes the Name of segment, Size of Segment, and Overall % change over 30 days.

  • Hovering over each segment card’s line graph reveals the Date, Size of segment on date, % change from previous date, and Count change from previous date.

  • The action menu in the top right of the individual segment card can be used to view the card in detail (this action opens the segment in the Segments & Lists tool) and view users in each segment (this action opens the Segment in the Segments & Lists screen with the “People contained in audience” panel open). The menu can also be used to remove a segment or all segments.

Recent Broadcast Campaigns

To allow the user to quickly and easily assess the campaign performance of their recent campaigns, the Recent Broadcast Campaigns widget includes data from the five (5) recent broadcast campaigns. The widget doesn’t have any action menu.

  • Each campaign listed has a color dot next to it that aligns with the color of the donut chart it represents.

  • The Donut Chart represents the cumulative clicks for all five of the recent broadcast campaigns broken out by campaign (1 pie slice = 1 campaign’s total clicks). Hovering over the campaign enables the pie chart to highlight that particular campaign’s pie slice.

  • Hovering over the campaign name will display the total number of Opens. The % change in Opens from that last period will be shown next to the Opens.

  • Hovering over the campaign name also displays the total number of Clicks. The % change in Clicks from that last period will be shown next to the Clicks.
