Opening the Troubleshooting Report

Overview

The Campaign Troubleshooting screen ties together a variety of campaign-level metrics to provide a single, concise analysis of your campaign's performance to date. Check this screen early and often during the early days of your campaign. After it is performing well, check this screen once per week to ensure that your campaign is operating correctly.

Opening the Report

  1. Navigate to the menu located on the left-hand side. The DSP shows a menu for Advertisers and Admin.

  2. Select the Account that contains your advertiser, and then select your Advertiser. The DSP will display all of the Advertiser's campaigns.

  3. Select the campaign you would like to view from the list.

4. Click on the  for Manage Campaign and select Troubleshooting from the drop-down. 

5. The platform displays a screen like the following:
