Cross-Device Insights allows you to view cross-device data about your customers; the devices they use and the ways that they use them.
Navigating to Cross-Device insights pages
Navigate to the DSP logo in the upper left corner. The DSP shows a menu for Advertisers and Admin.
2. Select the Account that contains your Advertiser, and then select your Advertiser. The DSP shows all the Advertiser's campaigns.
3. Select the campaign you would like to view from the list.
4. With the campaign open, click the caret (>) next to Manage Campaign (atop the page), and then click Campaign Analytics > Cross-Device.
5. The Cross-Device drop-down allows you to view the following reports:
Cross-Device Exposure: Reports on the campaign's admix in terms of devices, including cross-device exposure.
Cross-Device Pathways: View the paths customers took to conversion and the relative frequency of each pathway.
Cross-Device Influence: How often the campaign is reaching ad viewers on multiple devices, and at what costs.
Cross-Device conversions can take between 24 and 48 hours to appear in your Insights reports.
