Audience Insights: Profile Financial

Overview

The Profile Financial page contains profile reports for key financial attributes: Credit Worthiness, Household Income, and Net Worth.

Profile Financial Report

The statement at the top of the report is a reminder of the criteria used to generate the report. Buttons in the upper right allow you to download and save the report. Refer to Download Results Data and Save Reports.

Setting Chart Options

Customize the report by clicking the Options button in the upper right-hand corner.  This Options Pane allows a user to customize several aspects of the analysis:

Analyze Users

  • Taking An Activity - Once you have deployed activity tags on key pages, you may want to learn more about users choosing those activities. This report will suggest key demographic profiles and third-party attributes to consider as you launch campaigns on site and media.

  • In An Audience - When you have setup custom audiences, this report provides detailed breakdowns how the audiences are structured. The resulting report will provide insights about that audience. The reports are based on Lookalike Scores plotted against segments of the audience.

  • Reached By Media - If you are managing or tracking media in the platform and want to learn more about the audiences your campaigns are reaching.

  • Responding To Media - If you are managing or tracking media in the platform and want to learn more about the audiences who are responding to your campaign.

  • Visiting A Page - If you use the platform to optimize your website, this report will provide immediate insight into the users visiting your website pages.

  • Responding To A Page - If you use the platform to optimize your website, this report will provide immediate insight into the users visiting and responding to your website pages.

  • Clicking Search or Affiliate - If you use the platform to track your search advertising, this report will provide immediate insight into the users who are clicking on your search ads.
    Reached By Media, Responding To Media and Responding To A Page are available in Media campaign and Page reports only.

Report Selector

This dropdown allows you to select the specific entity you want information on for this report. Depending on your Report Type selection, you will be prompted to select either an activity, an audience, a media campaign, or a site page.

  • Activity - Select an individual Activity or an aggregate of All Activities from the dropdown. Activities are sorted into Current and Past based on their status.

  • Audience - Select an Audience from the dropdown. Avails are provided to make it easier to find audiences with enough data to analyze and are based on a daily historical average.

  • Media Campaign - Select a specific Media Campaign to report on from the dropdown. Campaigns are sorted into these groups: Live, Paused, Cancelled, and Completed.

  • Site Page - Select a specific Site page to report on from the dropdown. Site pages are sorted into these groups: Live, Paused, Cancelled, and Completed.

Comparison Population

compared to the

  • Internet - Perform analysis against a population of average Internet users. Most analysis should use this option. For example, if you want information on users reached by one of your media campaigns, select Internet to compare those reached users to the general population of all internet users.

  • Owned - Perform analysis against your site visitors or other owned databases. For example, if you want to compare information on users reached by one of your media campaigns, select Owned to compare those reached users to the average person who has visited your website. Some advertisers have a customer base that is notably different from the general internet population.

  • Browser - Perform analysis against a population of users reached via a browser.

  • In-App - Perform analysis against only users which are reached via mobile app.

Count Selector

Select to count specific activities in the dropdown or all activities that are responding to a media or site message.
Available for Responding to Media and Responding to a Page reports only

Time Period


  • Week Ending - Report on a week-ending Sunday period for the last 26 weeks.

  • Month - Report on a monthly time period for the last 12 months.

  • Last 30 Days - Rolling data for the last 30 days.

Media Category


Filter by specific tactics or publishers, as determined by the Category selection in the Media Details tab.
Available for Reached by Media and Responding to Media reports only.

Download Results Data

To download a raw export of an audience report, click the spreadsheet button directly above the Options button.
To download data on all campaigns within the "Reached by Media" or "Responding to Media" reports, click on the all campaigns button.

Save Reports

To save a report, click the save icon in the upper right corner of the chart. The Save Audience Report window appears allowing you to name the report.

  • Reports should have a unique name, if they have the same name as an existing report, they will overwrite that report

  • Report names can contain numbers, letters, dashes, underscores, and spaces

The report will be saved to the Audience Insights Saved Reports page. Saved reports are only visible to the user who saves them. 

Audience Insights Saved Reports

The Time Period for a report determines whether a saved report will update over time or contain fixed historic data.

  • To create and save a report that will update over time, select the "Last 30 Days" option. When you access this report in the future it will contain data from the last 30 days from when you access it.

  • To create and save a report containing fixed historic data, click Weekly or Monthly. A dropdown appears listing the week ending dates (Sunday) or months for periods during which there was activity and data.
