Cross-Device Insights allows you to view cross-device data about your customers; the devices they use and the ways that they use them.
Navigating to Cross-Device insights pages
1-Navigate to the DSP logo in the upper left corner. The DSP shows a menu for Advertisers and Admin.
2-Select the Account that contains your Advertiser, and then select your Advertiser. The DSP shows all the Advertiser's campaigns.
3-Select the campaign you would like to view from the list.
4- With the campaign open, click the caret (>) next to Manage Campaign (atop the page), and then click Campaign Analytics > Cross-Device.
5 - The Cross-Device drop-down allows you to view the following reports:
Cross-Device Exposure: Reports on the campaign's admix in terms of devices, including cross-device exposure.
Cross-Device Pathways: View the paths customers took to conversion and the relative frequency of each pathway.
Cross-Device Influence: How often the campaign is reaching ad viewers on multiple devices, and at what costs.
Cross-Device conversions can take between 24 and 48 hours to appear in your Insights reports.
