[Beta] Ad Recall

Ad Recall is currently in beta and only available to select users. If you are interested in learning more about this feature and would like to join the beta, please contact your account manager.

Ad Recall is a self-service tool that gives publishers direct control over the ads served in their newsletters. Designed to support brand safety, Ad Recall lets you review ad creatives delivered through the LiveIntent Exchange or third-party demand sources and take action if an ad or advertiser doesn’t meet your standards.

What You Can Do with Ad Recall
Block individual ad creatives from appearing again in your newsletters
Block an advertiser entirely, preventing any of their ads from serving
Pause an advertiser for 30 days, after which ads from that advertiser will automatically resume
Apply all actions at either the specific newsletter level or across all newsletters under the publisher
Please note: Ad Recall supports demand sourced from the LiveIntent Exchange and third-party partners only. Direct-sold ads will not appear in this view.

Understanding Status Indicators
The Status column in Ad Recall gives you a quick view into the current eligibility of each advertiser in relation to the selected newsletter.
Here’s what each status means:
Delivering (green pill)
The advertiser is eligible to deliver ads to this newsletter.Paused (orange pill)
The advertiser has been paused and is temporarily not eligible to deliver ads to this newsletter. Ads will automatically resume after 30 days.Blocked (red pill)
The advertiser has been fully blocked and is no longer eligible to deliver ads to this newsletter.Delivering / Paused with a ⚠️ icon
Indicates that while the advertiser’s overall status is Delivering or Paused, one or more specific ad creatives have been blocked. This lets you distinguish between creative-level and advertiser-level actions at a glance.
These indicators help you quickly assess the level of restriction in place for each advertiser and their associated creatives.
Tips & Best Practices
· Extend the search timeframe if you don’t see the ad you’re looking for
· Use the ad creative thumbnails to confirm content before taking action
· Export the list via .CSV for audit or compliance tracking
