Business Name and/or Business Address matching

The Business Address Matching feature targets key decision-makers from businesses across channels in the Zeta Marketing Platform. With Business Address Matching, you will gain the ability to look up business names in the Matched List feature so that you can activate the employees of those businesses as part of the B2P audiences. This is an enhancement to our current Matched List Feature.

2. Select Zeta Prospects > Matched Lists > (plus) icon in the navigator.

  • Person to Person

4. The list will then process.

Matched List Input & Output

B2P and P2P selection only show up for CRM & Acquisition Email Clients. Please reach out to your account team if you do not have these options.

Matched List Input:

  • If only input is the company name, it is used for matching. If it matches multiple companies, all identities in all matched companies are outputted.

  • If you input both company name and address, both are used in matching with the following waterfall approach, 1. Business Name + Business Address, 2. Business Name only, 3. Business Address only.

  • If only input is a business address, it is used for matching. If it matches multiple companies, all identities in all matched companies are outputted.

Matched List Output:

  • Creates segments syndicated to paid channels (e.g., via ZMP connector)

  • Provides a count of unique companies that match business data and unique people matched from the file.

Once a Business Match List is created, these columns will appear on the panel of the list. To see this panel, click on the white space of the completed list on the Segment and List page on the ZMP.

  • "Owned by" (user name)

  • "Created" (date)

  • "Last Modified" (date)

  • "Source Size" businesses (the # of unique input records deduped based on precise spelling)

  • "Match Size" users (unique identities matched from the file)

  • "Match Size (B2P)" businesses (unique companies matched from the file)
